Our client, a professional community management organization, provides consulting and management to both residential and commercial communities throughout the state of Florida for the last 40+ years! They are a large, exciting organization with a family-owned business feel and great company culture. They are looking to add an LCAM (Licensed Community Association Manager) to join their team. The Properties for this position will be within Pinellas County FL.

Position Overview
Our ideal LCAM (Licensed Community Association Manager) will be responsible for managing a multi-site portfolio, inclusive of homeowners and condominiums associations relative to the firm’s contractual obligations. The LCAM (Licensed Community Association Manager) will be responsible for implementing and enforcing community regulations, day-to-day operations including financial, managerial and extensive board member interactions.
Responsibilities Of The LCAM (Licensed Community Association Manager)
- Review, modify and implement association (HOA) governing documents when necessary.
- Prepare annual budgets and assist in forecasting information related to funding as needed.
- Perform physical inspections to ensure compliance and maintenance requirements in common areas.
- Organize, conduct, and manage board and membership meetings, in addition to, attending when necessary.
- Conduct association workshops and review insurance requirements to secure policies as needed.
- Provide high-service levels when communicating with board members, owners, developers, residents and attorneys.
- Supervise association (HOA) staff and vendors as necessary.
- Research and maintain association matters and files.
Qualifications For The LCAM (Licensed Community Association Manager)
- Must have an active Florida LCAM license.
- Possess personal vehicle insurance with a minimum of $100,000/$300,000 liability coverage.
- Ability to travel to various office markets. Travel is primarily local, during the business day, although some out of the area travel, overnight, and weekend work may be required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and coordinate/manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrate leadership in maintaining high standards of professional behavior and service levels.
- Demonstrate organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, creative, and independent thinking.
- Demonstrate a commitment to the organization’s philosophy of high quality, professionalism and organizational culture.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree is not required for this position.
- Active Florida LCAM license is required.
